Part of a collection of work for Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory, these two posters describe in detail the Monarch Butterfly’s southern migration and northern recolonization. Contrary to popular belief, although the southern migration is made by one generation of long-living butterflies, it takes multiple generations to recolonize North America when they fly back north.
